Pastoral Support

Every 2nd Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.

This ministry shall promote focus and encouragement of all members to share with the Pastor as evidence of our love and support for his ministry and sacrifice by providing temporal blessings and benefits.

Ministers

Tuesday at 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. (NSMBC Room 3)

Deaconess & Minister’ Wives

Friday at 6:30 p.m. (every other month)

This ministry serves the congregation by assisting in the administering of communion, baptism, checking on the sick and shut –in and being a helper to our spouse in service for the Lord by aiding in the discipling of others.

Ushers

Every 2nd Saturday of month at 12 p.m.

The Mission of the Usher Ministry is to assist in and promote the worship of God through an atmosphere of reference before, during, and after worship service.

Greeters

Every 2nd Saturday of month at 12 p.m.

As the first face visitors see, the greeters want to make sure the visitors are delighted they chose New Shiloh as their place of worship and praise.

Mentors

Monday at 6:00 p.m.

The overall purpose of the Mentors Ministry is to provide a network of support for new church members for a period of not less than three months to create opportunities for fellowship, acclamation to church programs and operations, along with creating Christian relationships that makes for a smooth transitioning into the overall church.

Health

Every 1st Saturday of month at 10:00 a.m.

To promote the physical, mental and spiritual health of our congregation and community as well as help to initiate new programs and activities focusing on wellness and spirituality.

Deacons

“For those who have served well as deacons obtain for themselves a high standing and great confidence in the faith that is in Christ Jesus.”   1Timothy 3:13

Transportation

Our ministry support and meet the needs of those who desire transportation services to and from NSMBC for worship service as well provide transportation when participating in other church functions. Contact Bro Robert Pringle at 251-645-1963 by 5:00 pm every Friday.

Christian Education

Every 3rd Wednesday of month at 6:00 p.m.

In accordance to the Constitution and By-Laws of the church, the Christian Education Ministry works with various ministries in planning activities and training programs for the enrichment of biblical growth and curriculum development.

Trustees

Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.

Serve as a full partner to the Pastor, managing the business affairs of the church so that the Pastor may focus his primary attention on the development of the core ministries through which the Church fulfills its mission.

Finance

Every 3rd Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.

Oversee and manage the fiscal matters of NSMBC that will allow for full scrutiny by the church membership and IRS laws, and give Glory to God through proper stewardship of all funds.
